About 20*27 I Tumblast shot blasting Machine
"SPT-Tumblast Typemachines are basically designed for batch type operation. Tumblast Machine consistsof vertical door. For loading the component, door of the machine is openedmanually & components to be blasted are loaded on to the endless rubberconveyor and the door of the machine is closed. After this blast wheel unit,which is strategically placed at the top of the blast cabinet, is started.Blast wheel will fire abrasive at high velocity on the tumbling component andblast cleans them thoroughly. The arrangement of the blast wheel ensuresoptimum blast cleaning and maximum utilization of the abrasive energy.
Tumblingaction of the rubber belt conveyor ensures that each and every portion of thecomponent will get exposed to the blast stream for through cleaning. After therequired blasting cycle, blast wheel unit shuts off. For unloading thecomponent from machine, door of the machine is opened and rubber belt conveyoris made to move in reverse direction or anticlockwise and blasted component isthen get collected into the bin/tray (Under Customer Scope).
